At Road Trip Threads, we want you to love your order. Because many of our products are custom made through Printful, our returns policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

faulty,

incorrect,

or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

photos of the issue,

and a brief description.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

As most products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind,

Incorrect size selection,

Incorrect colour selection,

or ordering mistakes.

Please check sizing charts and product information carefully before purchasing.


Sizing

Sizing may vary between products and brands.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been processed or shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in investigating with the shipping carrier.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Product Quality & Consumer Guarantees

At Road Trip Threads, we take pride in providing quality products.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where a product:

Is faulty,

Significantly differs from its description,

Arrives damaged,

or does not perform as reasonably expected.

Please note:

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, incorrect washing, or misuse of products are not considered manufacturing faults.

Slight variations in colour, print placement and garment sizing may occur due to the custom printing process and different screen displays.

Product Care

To help maintain print quality and garment life, we recommend following all care instructions provided with your item.

Road Trip Threads is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying or general misuse.

Road Trip Threads currently ships Australia-wide only.

Because many of our items are made to order, please allow time for: production, printing, packing, and shipping.

Typical processing times are: 2–7 business days production, plus shipping time depending on your location

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.
